* Course for credit: you download course materials from our WWW site, you take tests that we grade, and we give you a transcript with a course grade. Fee: $10
* Course materials only: you download course materials from our web site, but we do not grade tests or give a course grade. Fee: $4
Please remember that not everyone in your study group (or family) must pay an enrollment fee. One or more students in the group may pay the fee and then share the course materials with others in the group (but not with people outside the group). However, each person must pay the enrollmen fee if he/she wants the academy to grade the tests and give academy credit by transcript. Please see rules and regulations for more specifics. Please submit a separate form and fee for each student who enrolls.
To enroll in a course or order course materials, print out this form, fill it in carefully, and mail it by regular mail, along with a check (US funds only) for the required fee. Note: Please be sure you enter the correct information, especially your email address, since this is how we respond to you. Make check payable and mail it with this form to:
